Local Adventures Perks PASS – Partner Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between you (the Partner) and Local Adventures in relation to your participation in the Local Adventures Perks PASS program.
We’ve kept things simple and fair – our goal is to help promote local businesses and deliver great value to visitors and the community.
1. What You’re Agreeing To
- Provide an exclusive offer or deal to PASS holders (this could be a value-add, bonus item, or special experience – not necessarily a discount).
- Your offer being available to PASS holders whenever the business is open to the public.
We do not support blackout dates or limitations unless agreed upon in writing before going live.
This ensures a consistent experience for PASS holders and builds trust in the program.
- Honour the offer for customers who present a valid Local Adventures Perks PASS (either digitally via Apple/Google Wallet or as directed).
- Inform your team or staff about the offer so they can redeem it easily and consistently.
2. No Fees, No Commissions
Joining the program is 100% free.
We don’t take a cut, charge commissions, or require any upfront or ongoing fees. Your only commitment is to provide the exclusive offer you nominate.
3. Promotion and Visibility
As a Partner, you’ll be featured in Local Adventures marketing materials, including:
- Our website and digital guides
- Social media posts
- Visitor info hubs and partner promotions
We may adjust placements or exposure from time to time based on campaign focus, but all participating partners will be included in promotional efforts throughout the active season or cycle.
4. Updating Your Offer
We know things evolve, and you may wish to tweak your offer over time. You’re welcome to:
- Update or change your offer at any stage — just let us know in writing.
- Keep things fresh by rotating seasonal offers or trying something new.
We ask for 14 days’ notice so we can update our materials and make sure everything stays accurate for PASS holders.
5. Cancellation & Opting Out
You can opt out of the program at any time.
All we ask is 30 days’ written notice, so we can remove your listing and inform PASS holders. There are no penalties or cancellation fees.
6. Customer Experience
Partners agree to:
- Deliver the offer as described, in a friendly and professional manner.
- Treat PASS holders like any other valued customer.
If issues arise, we’re here to help resolve them fairly.
7. Liability
Each party is responsible for their own business, staff, and customers.
Local Adventures is not liable for the operation of your business, nor are you liable for ours. We’ll each do our bit to ensure a positive experience for customers.
8. Duration
These Terms apply from the date you join the program and remain in place until you update or cancel your participation.
